NJ Save

NJSave is a partnership program with the State of New Jersey for older adults and individuals with disabilities save money on Medicare premiums, prescription costs, and other living expenses.  Our trained navigators are available to help you understand the program and apply.

Pharmaceutical Assistance (PAAD)
 

The Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) program is a state-funded program that helps eligible older adults and individuals with disabilities save money on their prescription drug costs

Medicare Savings Programs 
 

Medicare Savings Programs are federally funded programs managed by each state. These programs help people with limited income and assets pay for some (or all) of their Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) premiums, deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance.

Sr. Gold Rx Prescription Coverage

The Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program (Senior Gold) is a state-funded prescription program with a different co-payment structure and income eligibility guidelines than those of PAAD.

Medicare Part D Program 
 

Medicare Part D provides drug coverage. The Extra Help program helps with the cost of your prescription drugs, like deductibles and copays. You can apply for Extra Help any time before or after you enroll in Part D.

Lifeline Utility
Assistance
 

Lifeline is a utility assistance program for older adults and people with disabilities that offers a $225 annual benefit to persons who meet the PAAD eligibility requirements or who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Hearing Aid Assistance Program
 

The Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) program, the Lifeline Utility Assistance (Lifeline) Program, and the Hearing Aid Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (HAAAD) program are three State programs with similar eligibility guidelines.
