Tributes, Honors, and Memorials
A tribute gift honors and recognizes people close to you while showing your support for United Way of Hunterdon County. Make a "tribute" for a special occasion and we take care of sending the card either via email or postal mail - you choose the card and the method.

Matching Gifts
Many companies have demonstrated their support for United Way of Hunterdon County by matching their employees' gifts. Before you make a gift, ask whether your employer participates in a matching gift program.
Leadership Giving
Individuals or couples who contribute $1,000 to $9,999 annually to United Way of Hunterdon County become members of the Leadership Giving Circle. Leadership donors are recognized at the appropriate giving level in our Annual Report. Their gifts help to create financial stability withing the organization.
Tocqueville Donation
Individuals or couples who contribute $10,000+ annually to United Way of Hunterdon County become members of the Tocqueville Society. Tocqueville Society membership benefits include exclusive invitations to events where you can learn, network, and socialize. Members also receive special recognition in our Annual Report and UWW Tocqueville Society listings based on giving levels. Gifts at this level help to create sustainability for the many undertakings of the organization.
Endowment and Planned Gifts
Planned gifts allow donors to leave a legacy and make a perpetual investment in the poverty prevention, financial empowerment, and wellness initiatives that are at the core of United Way of Hunterdon County. Your foresight and generosity will have a lasting impact for generations to come.

Gifts in Kind
A gift in kind (or in-kind gifts) is when you donate the actual goods needed to serve our community. We offer specific opportunities to provide gifts in kind, including our Hunterdon Hygiene Connection (diapers, period products, and adult incontinence supplies), Tools for School Back to School drive (items needed are backpacks and school supplies), and Holiday Hands (items needed are gift cards and gifts requested from our clients).
United Way of Hunterdon County is generally not a collection point for any items outside of those we specifically request from our community. There are several charitable organization in our community that will accept your donations.

Salvation Army Flemington (clothing, furniture, household items)
Hunterdon County YMCA (annual winter coat drive)
Our local food banks are wonderful partners to our community, and generally will accept donations year-round (check their websites for more information).
